    Management attended but as I was becoming short of breath, as I have a heart condition I left without speaking with him. Later I rang the store and left my phone numbers for him to ring .. no phone call has been forthcoming. I can only assume that the customer is nit valued at this store .

    Disappointing!!!!, After many times of being asked to go to closed checkouts, on arriving at the fast one as it was the only one opened, I recently had the same problem only to be told the same thing and being next customer I decided to stand my ground, the operator said this only for 12 items I believed I only had 12 , that is beside the point as I was next to be served I felt I shouldn't have go to other checkouts ,Incidentally the person in front exclaimed oh I have 14 items.
